Wheeler Ribbon-Cutting is Aug. 20

The public will be able to tour the building as part of the festivities.

A new main classroom building at Wheeler High School opens to students and staff Wednesday with the start of a new school year.

But the new two-story structure will be officially christened later this month.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony has been scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 20, at 6 p.m., with the building open for tours by the public until 7:30 p.m.

Parking is available at East Cobb Middle School, located directly across Holt Road from Wheeler.
