East Cobb Man Charged with 36 Counts of Eavesdropping
The woman "located 69 videos of herself on the laptop computer belonging to Promiscuo," according to a Cobb County arrest warrant. She "is easily identifiable in 36 of these videos."
For four days in April, a man allegedly recorded a woman without her consent.
Louis Tony Promiscuo of the 3900 block of Sentry Walk was arrested June 12 on charges that include 36 counts of eavesdropping.
According to a Cobb County arrest warrant, a hidden camera in an alarm clock captured the woman in the master bathroom of Promiscuo's home between April 5 and 9.
The woman "located 69 videos of herself on the laptop computer belonging to Promiscuo," according to the warrant. She "is easily identifiable in 36 of these videos."
Promiscuo was released last Thursday from the Cobb County Adult Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
