Wheeler Fades, Falls in Hawaiian Finale

Lexington Catholic beats Wheeler for 5th place in the Iolani Classic, 66-57

Wheeler Loses in Hawaii

Wildcats lose lead in final minute, fall 63-62 to Orlando team.

HONOLULU—Darius Andrews scored on a layup with 7.5 seconds remaining Saturday night to lift Dr. Phillips to a 63-62 victory over Wheeler in the quarterfinals of the 28th annual 'Iolani Prep Classic boys basketball tournament. Wheeler will face host 'Iolani, Hawaii's defending state champion, Monday at 8:30 p.m. East Cobb time (3:30 in Honolulu) in a consolation bracket game. Dr. Phillips, an Orlando school ranked No. 45 in the nation by ESPN Rise, will face No. 1 Oak Hill from Mouth of Wilson, VA, in Monday's semifinals.
