If you are considering this apartment complex, I STRONGLY urge you to look else where. The maintenance staff have no idea what they are doing and tend to fix things incorrectly or not truly fix them in the first place. The management staff clearly do not communicate with each other, making excuses and generally a pain to deal with. There are plenty of other apartments in Marietta that are much better than this one!
