Sam Huff is the owner of this barbecue restaurant. He is also the chief cook on the Lost Mountain Competitive BBQ Team. This restaurant has a laid back atmosphere. Customers are greeted with country music playing in the background and orders are placed before sitting down at the booths or tables. The ribs are meaty and tender, the baked beans are good and the french fries are crispy. Sam's associates are friendly, too. There is a separate entrance for to-go orders. The restaurant also hosts cooking classes at Pork U (Pork University).
