This is the worst shoe repair I've experienced. The owner overcharges significantly and has terrible workmanship. You have to pay ahead of time and then your order is never done when promised. I went back 4 times in the last 6 weeks, every time he had a new excuse. I finally asked for my money back and he only gave me back half. I can not begin to tell you how disappointed I am. He is so convenient in Parkaire Mall off Johnson Ferry. Even so, this is one customer he lost!!!! I'll never be back.
