Complaint Description:
Paid cashier's check of $6000 to Motor Sports on 2/22/12 for purchase of a 2002 Nissan. No CLEAR title has been received They put a "LIEN" on the title. Mr. Brandon Dewitt advertised a 2002 Nissan Xterra SUV for the total price of $6000, which I purchase on 2/22/12 in Memphis, TN. The cashier's check was cashed and title was NOT provided within 2 weeks as Mr. Dewitt stated. Title was received September 2012 which shows a lien on the paid auto, from MotorSports! So I can not tag the car, unless a lien is noted on it from these crooks. They have been notified numurious times and no longer will answer their phones. Apparrently they have called id, because they no longer answer the phone from all the numbers I have called from. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. DON'T BE RIPPED OFF LIKE I HAVE. THIS CAR CAN'T BE TAGGES AND THEY WILL NOT RELEASE LIEN. I HAD TO HAD TO PUT $2000 WORTH OF WORK IMMEDIATELY ON THE VEHICLE AND CAN'T DRIVE IT.

This is not an honest company!!!!!! They want money up front to secure a car for you, but then they get you a car that you don't even want!!!!!! Gave them $2K & I have not seen my car or my money!!!!! VERY dishonest man that runs this business!!! Patrick Morgan cannot be trusted!!! Do not do business with this person...He will take your money and you will NEVER see a car or him ever again!!!!!!
