We had our previous mattress for over 10 years and it was time to replace it. We purchased a mattress from Mattress Choice on Johnson Ferry Rd. In the first week we noticed the mattress sagging. I gave it a week or two to see if things would change but they only got worse. We began calling the store and stopped by within 90 days and informed them of what was going on. They immediately started saying we damaged the bed and there wasn't enough support. Seemed odd that they were so defensive right off the bat. They charged us $35 to have an inspector come out, which they never informed us of at the time of purchase. They simply said there was a 10 year warranty which is the main reason we bought from there. Our bed is a very heavy and sturdy wooden bed. Several movers have claimed it is the heaviest and sturdiest they have seen. When the inspector came out, he immediately said that it was not normal to have that much sag even without proper support.
When I called the store after the inspector left, the owner and Jenny sounded like a broken record saying the mattress was damaged and there was nothing they could do.
Take warning, this company will not stand behind their product and will come up with any excuse not to honor the warranty. There are many mattress retailers that I would go to before even considering going here.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

My husband and I were looking for a new mattress set and were so confused when we first started shopping around. We went to Mattress Choice because we eat at the Japanese Steakhouse next door to it. The salespeople really took their time to educate us and find out all of our needs. We are now sleeping so much better and love our new mattress!

I purchased my new mattress from them about a week ago and it was an unexpectedly great experience! I had always heard horror stories about mattress shopping (kind of like car shopping ugh!!) but it was actually really easy. Jenny and Robert helped me pick out a Simmons Beautyrest pillowtop and let me know all about the different types of beds that are out there. We are sleeping so good now! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mattress.
