A history of my making two trips to the office, multiple phone calls, and not being able to get resolution and in fact being told the item was perfect and not defective despite a photo peeling back from a folding desk frame. Later I was asked to ship the photo back to the offic after moving across the country and then wait for it to be repaired or replaced before I would see it again - the only desk photo I had of my child after a temporary relocation. This instead of having done the right thing to begin or making it good by shipping a replacement out with a return box.

I am past the point of being patient but I am writing you again to give you the opportunity to make good.

This photographer is upscale and high quality...she is a great salesperson and personable but when it comes to a couple of dollars its more like high maintenance.

We have had the pleasure of using Marsha Brenner Fine Arts Photography for our daughter's Senior Portraits as well as our own Executive Portraits and we just can't say enough kind words!!! Marsha takes "Senior Portraits" to a whole new level! It is more than just photography, it is Art and she brings out the best and most beautiful in every child! Every portrait I have seen of any child is magnificent! As for Executive Portraits, they too are amazing! So much time, effort and detail goes into Marsha's work; she is a true Artist. You will not be disappointed:)
