Ordered a boutonniere for my daughters date for prom. An ivory rose with some greenery and little white flowers. The rose was white not ivory, the little flowers had brown spots and pedals missing, and looked like it had been sitting out all night, not fresh at all. The man working there was not very nice. He became very defensive and rude. His excuse was "we worked on these all night and morning." Instead of just apologizing and offering to fix the problem in a professional way, he made excuses very sarcastically. I do not waste my time or energy on people like this! When I had called and placed my order I thought $10.00 was a good deal, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I took my business elsewhere.
