Simply put: Avoid Ed Voyles car dealership and spare yourself some stress. I wish I had consulted other review sites sooner, it seems I'm not the only one that's had a dishonest experience at this place of business. After test-driving and negotiating a price for a new (used) mini-van, I saw an oil leak that didn't look right. A mechanic said it was a main seal leak, which is a nearly $2000. fix, that they didn't disclose. Also, the van's player ate my DVD (that I brought to test the unit) and they refused to reimburse me. I'm so thankful that I know a little about cars and avoided a bad situation. The sad surprise was General Manager John Schibi. He had the power to reimburse me for the "eaten" DVD, and restore at least a little goodwill for two hours of wasted time dealing with a dishonest salesperson, and chose not to do so. Overall, it was a really awful experience.
