VERY RUDE BUSINESS MAN- HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY BRAND NEW SILK SHORTS- HE WASHED THEM- DIDN'T DRY CLEAN THEM- & TO TOP IT OFF IT CAME BACK WITH A SMALL STAIN! HE NEEDS TO WORK ON CUST SERVICE- THE BETTER WAYS TO DRY CLEAN- HE WOULDN'T GIVE ME HIS NAME CUZ I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT- I FOUND IT -SHAME ON YOU IAN HESS!!
