The bad reviews you are finding on yelp, google, etc are unfortunately all true. My lease is up in two weeks and I can't wait to move. I was from out of town and their website says "luxury apartments." I am middle class and these apartments did not meet my standards for living. I will point out some of the biggest problems and let you be the judge. It really is a shame because the area is lovely and the sope creek trails are right out your door.

1) You like using your cell phone? Well, you can't here. I moved in with Verizon and then switched to Sprint and couldn't count on my cell phone while I was at home.

2) You like hot showers? Forget about it. The hot water pressure is terrible. I called maintenance over and over and there was nothing more they could do. They said their pressure meets the standard and it does because the cold water comes out just fine. I haven't had a hot shower with good pressure since I moved in.

3) Be one with the roach. Cockroaches that is. They claim the problem is because of the woods but they are rampant in the summer! I am meticulous with keeping things clean and this is the very first time I have ever seen them in a place I live, DISGUSTING.

4) Let's talk about fixtures and place in general. I have a plastic cover on my toilet tank that doesn't go with my toilet, never saw that before. I have chew marks on moldings and star stickers on the ceiling that have been painted over. Not to mention the door wall to the balcony doesn't work (common among neighbors) not that I want to use a balcony that smells like pee and has black and green grime on it.

5) Parking is hit or miss. Literally. If you get home before 7pm you get a parking spot, if not you get to park on the island and hope someone doesn't hit you.

6) They also state there are washer and dryers in their apartments when you sign a lease out of town. Then when you show up they tell you there aren't in your apartment but they can rent them for you for an additional $35.00 a month. TRUE STORY.

Last but not least, the maintenance knows of these issues but have no money to fix them and the Management doesn't care or follow up. I was told each time I complained they would address the issues and get them fixed but there was never any follow up or resolutions.

Rent at your own risk.
