Meals on Wheels Volunteers Needed
Cobb Senior Services staff prepares more than 250 meals to be delivered each day.
The Cobb Meals on Wheels program needs residents to deliver meals to homebound seniors.
If you have time to volunteer as a Meals on Wheels driver, or if you belong to an organization or business that would like to "Adopt-a-Route," call Volunteer Services at 770-528-5381.
The program brings homebound and frail seniors a hot meal on a daily basis. Senior Services staff prepares more than 250 meals to be delivered each day. Volunteers make sure that not only a hot, nutritious meal is served, but also that each client feels special with personal visits.
