Track Champions to Be Crowned Monday

Here's what's happening in high school athletics in East Cobb Patch on March 28.

Three schools here in the East Cobb Patch will compete in two large-scale sports tournaments on Monday. Pope, Walton and Wheeler will all compete in the Cobb County Invitational Golf Tournament at the Marietta City Club, and they will all finish up the track competition they started on Saturday at the Cobb County Championships at Marietta High School.

Here's the rest of the high school sports schedule for Monday:

Baseball

Marietta at , 5:55 p.m.

Kell at Pope, 5:55 p.m.

Walker School at Gordon Lee, 5:30 p.m.

Girls Golf

Wheeler at The Country Club of Roswell, 4 p.m.

Walker School vs. North Springs at The Country Club of Roswell, 4 p.m.

Boys Golf

Wheeler, Walton, Walker and Pope will all compete in the Cobb County Invitational at the Marietta City Club, 4 p.m.

Track

Wheeler, Walton and Pope will all compete in the conclusion of the Cobb County Championships at Marietta High School, 5 p.m.  

Girls Tennis

Pace Academy at Walker School, 4 p.m.

Boys Tennis

Walker School at Pace Academy, 4 p.m.

Girls Lacrosse

South Forsyth at Walton, 5:55 p.m.

Boys Lacrosse

Walton at Lambert, 7:30 p.m.
