Six From East Cobb Named All-State

Players from Lassiter, Walton, Pope and Kell have been honored by the AJC.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution's 2012 high school football all-state teams have six players from East Cobb-area schools on them.

The newspaper released its lists earlier this week, with separate teams for each of the six classifications of competition, including player and coach of the year.

From Class AAAAAA, the quarterback is Eddie Printz of Lassiter, along with his top wide receiver, Willie Police; and offensive lineman Brandon Kublanow of Walton.
