Based on sound principles of exercise and dance physiology, Junior Jazzercise offers a high-energy workout with an emphasis on physical fitness. Trained instructors teach children that fitness can be fun through current dance moves, games & activities, and discussion about basic nutrition. Children who participate in Junior Jazzercise develop a strong sense of accomplishment and build a better self image through their participation in the program. A non-competitive atmosphere allows them to have fun and work together.

Allison Lizdas, certified Jazzercise Instructor for 8 years, will lead the Junior Jazzercise Holiday Hop at the Marietta East Cobb Jazzercise Center. The center is located at 736 Johnson Ferry Road, in the Fountains of Olde Towne Plaza. The Cost is $20.  For registration information please contact Allison Lizdas at (770) 643 8090 or allisonlizdas@yahoo.com.   For Jazzercise class information visit jazzercise.com or call 800-FIT-IS-IT.
