Wheeler Grad Earns Honors at Hartford
Freshman Connor Yeaney was named to the Dean's List for the spring semester.
graduate Connor Yeaney has been named to the Dean's List for the spring semester at the University of Hartford.
Yeaney, a freshman majoring in engineering, also plays for the Hartford soccer team. In the 2011 season, he started in all 21 games and scored three goals for the Hawks, who were 8-9-4.
At Wheeler, he was the soccer team captain and a Georgia high school all-star. As a senior, to the second round of the state Class AAAAA playoffs.
