Touchdown Club Honors Walton Coach
Rocky Hidalgo will be recognized as the coach of the week at a luncheon on Monday.
His Walton Raiders are undefeated, ranked No. 6 in the Georgia Class AAAAA polls and are coming off a big win over East Cobb rival Lassiter.
For that set of accomplishments, head coach Rocky Hidalgo is being honored Monday by the Atlanta Touchdown Club.
He'll be officially recognized as the coach of the week at a luncheon at the Fox Sports Grill at Atlantic Station.

The Louisiana-born Hidalgo is in his third season as Walton's head coach, and served for 13 years as an assistant, most recently as defensive coordinator under former Raiders coach Ed Dudley.
The guest speaker will be Kentucky head coach Joker Phillips, who has verbal commitments from Walton defensive stars Zach and Daron Blaylock.

Zach Blaylock's interception and 89-yard return for a touchdown against Lassiter set the tone for Walton's dominant defensive performance in at Raider Valley.
The Raiders, who were off this week, are 6-0 on the season and are 2-0 in Region 5-AAAAA. They have a road region game at Cherokee on Friday.
