East Cobb Students Earn College Honors

We're updating what local high school graduates are doing in college.

graduate David Luisi is spending the spring semester studying abroad in Florence, Italy, through a program run by the International Programs office of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. Luisi is a senior business administration major.

The Marist International Programs offers a variety of study abroad experiences that support a broad range of educational objectives, with program offerings at dozens of sites on six continents.

Marist is an independent comprehensive liberal arts college with an enrollment of 4,200 full-time undergraduate students. Founded in 1929, the College offers 43 major fields of undergraduate study and 12 graduate degree programs. Marist is included in the Princeton Review's 2012 guide to the top colleges and universities in the U.S., The Best 376 Colleges.
