For Murdock Elementary School, a $230,000 contract is being recommended, primarily for restroom modifications and replacing a kitchen walk-in refrigerator (see pages 22-27 of the attached PDF for details).

That amount is 24 percent under the projected cost of $303,993, and the project is expected to be completed by July 15.

The estimated completion time is the end of July.

The complete work session agenda is attached as a PDF file. Action on the renovation proposals and most other items Wednesday will take place at the board's business meeting on March 21.
