Cobb Board of Education Post 6 Forum Set for April 21

Incumbent Scott Sweeney and challenger Kevin Nicholas are set to participate in the forum that will take place at Sope Creek Elementary School.

In anticipation of the May 20 primary, a forum featuring candidates for the Cobb County Board of Education will be staged on Monday, April 21 at Sope Creek Elementary School.

Incumbent Scott Sweeney and challenger Kevin Nicholas are set to participate in the forum that will take place from 6-7:30 p.m. at the school located at 3320 Paper Mill Road in East Cobb.

It will be moderated by East Cobber Publisher Cynthia Rozzo, and collaboratively hosted by the Sope Creek Elementary School Council, PTA, and Foundation. 

Complimentary on-site childcare will be provided by Sensible Sitters (sensiblesitters.com). Childcare reservations are recommended, though not required. A maximum of 60 childcare spots have been donated by the SCES PTA and Foundation.
