At the inaugural Awards Luncheon of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, the state’s largest residential real estate firm that until this past December was known as Prudential Georgia Realty, President and CEO Dan Forsman presented the company’s most prestigious accolades to the Top 50 Agents and Teams.

Held at the Ansley Golf Club in Midtown, the Awards Luncheon saluted the production of the firm’s 1,100 associates in its 22 offices spanning the greater Atlanta Metro area.

Each guest received a silver box of fine chocolates as favors, at every place setting on the formal tables decorated with pastel spring flowers.

Forsman introduced a new honor, the Lifetime Achievement Award, and presented it to Nan Willnow, who since 1991 has been one of the firm’s highest producing agents. The award was accepted by her son John Willnow.

Joining Forsman in saluting the top agents was Toni McGowan, Executive Vice President and Luxury Collection Director, as they presented honorary medals, draped on the firm’s signature Cabernet-colored ribbons, to those agents and teams whose sales volume complements what Forsman called, “the world’s most respected corporate name, Berkshire Hathaway, and its real estate affiliate Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ mark of excellence.”

Forsman, in remarks complementing and inspiring the assembled agents, offered insight into Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties’ innovations in the most advanced technology, including transition to a paperless transaction for the convenience of clients, customer and agents alike, the newest digital presentations for outstanding marketing of listings and a beautifully crafted set of materials for the firm’s new Luxury Collection as well as the new glossy, high-end magazine Prestige.
