The Truth of the Publicity Stunt Staged by Braves Opponents

Straight from the eyes of an observer, one of the 12 who independently decided to stand in line - even if some of them were boosters - simply to show support for the stadium. Granted he's a chamber member, but we shouldn't necessarily discount his own account of what happened that day, lest we call ourselves conspiracy theorists and don the tinfoil hats:

This act by the Braves opposition was professional manipulation and showmanship in order to get media time. These are seasoned pros. They knew the rules, and they knew they should get there early. They didn't care. Their whole plan was to pretend their voices were being blocked by the commission. They played that role masterfully.
They waited until the moment the meeting was called to action, and got up to start yelling to Tim Lee. One even pretended is hands were handcuffed behind his back as he was carried out.
Business owners in support of the Braves have been threatened, and even called nazis. There have been statements that they do not work very hard.
