Mt. Bethel Zoning to Be Discussed at Town Hall

It's the featured topic at Cobb Commissioner JoAnn Birrell's meeting on Tuesday.

A rezoning request by Mt. Bethel Christian Academy for the development of a high school is the featured topic of a town hall meeting Tuesday by District 3 Cobb Commissioner JoAnn Birrell.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the Mountain View Community Center, 3400 Sandy Plains Road.

Mt. Bethel attorneys will be on hand for a presentation of the application.

MBCA is seeking a special land use permit that would allow it to convert the present Shirley Blumenthal Park for a high school (see attached PDF for map and initial zoning analysis).
