Last Chance: East Cobb Civic Association Meeting

Wednesday's featured presentation is a discussion of statewide and Atlanta regional transportation issues.

Darryl VanMeter, the innnovative program delivery manager of the Georgia Department of Transportation, and Jane Hayse, director of transportation for the Atlanta Regional Commission, will speak on transportation issues affecting Cobb County and the Atlanta region at Wednesday's meeting of the East Cobb Civic Association

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the East Cobb Library, located in the Parkaire Landing Shopping Center, 4880 Lower Roswell Road. 

The event is free and open to the public; the ECCA's regular monthly business meeting will follow the featured speakers. 

On April 25, State Rep. Sharon Cooper (R-East Cobb) will address the association with a recap of legislation and other matters from the General Assembly session.
