The featured speaker at the Wednesday, June 27 meeting will be Darryl VanMeter, program delivery engineer for the Georgia Department of Transportation. Mr. VanMeter will speak on efforts to improve I-75 through Cobb County and beyond. He will not be addressing issues related to the upcoming transportation tax referendum. He will focus on what is being proposed for the northwest corridor improvement effort.
