DoubleTree Gets 72 Food Score

Sam's BBQ 1 is among the top scorers with a 99 from Cobb and Douglas Public Health.

A couple of Chinese restaurants got low B's, a Mexican restaurant got a C, and hotel off Windy Hill Road got the lowest score of the week in the latest health inspections of East Cobb food establishments.

On the positive end, three establishments—the Hampton Inn & Suites, Sarah Care and 75 Cafe—earned perfect scores of 100.

The DoubleTree Hotel had the worst score, a 72, and Chepe's Mexican Grill also got a C with a 77. Hibachi Buffet, New China House and Soul Food Train Eatery all received B's.

Sam's BBQ1 had a score in the 60's before 3/19 and hid that from the public. Too funny

Well, I guess they fixed whatever was wrong, but the idea of hiding the health scorecard from the public is a bit alarming. As is a score in the 60s.
