Birrell to Hold Town Hall Thursday

District 3 Cobb Commissioner JoAnn Birrell will hold a town hall meeting on Thursday.
The meeting is scheduled for 7-8:30 p.m. at the East Cobb Senior Center, 3332 Sandy Plains Road.
The featured topic will be storm water management and animal control.
