The Cobb County Planning Commission will make recommendations on proposed zoning plans for the area immediately surrounding the Braves stadium project on July 1, and the Board of Commissioners will consider the application July 15.
The zoning application is attached and also available online here.
The privately developed mixed-use complex next to the proposed stadium will have 600 residential units; one or more hotels with a combination of 450 rooms; 630,000 square feet of office space; 500,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space; and a 100,000 square feet of "multi-use facility."
