John Facchinetti was arrested Thursday in the 3600 block of Colony Drive, located off Little Willeo Road.

Update 6:22 p.m.

The 29-year-old East Cobb man arrested this afternoon in connection with the assault of three family members allegedly threw a drinking glass at his wife, pushed an older relative on the ground, and proceeded to stomp the head of another person.

Between 10 and 10:40 p.m. Wednesday at a home in the 4500 block of Hampton Woods Drive, John Facchinetti allegedly forced his wife "to remain within the corner of a bedroom as he struck her with his fists and hit her with a standing fan and a drinking glass," according to a Cobb County arrest warrant obtained by Patch.

The glass shattered on the wife's head.

When the woman tried to help, "accused struck the victim in the arms," according to the warrant. "The accused also threw the victim to the ground on two separate occasions."

Facchinetti allegedly left the home with his wife's purse about midnight Wednesday.
