Police Chase Suspect Held Without Bond

Other recent East Cobb Police Blotter items include a robbery at the Delk Road Waffle House.

A Marietta man arrested last week after allegedly leading police on a pursuit that ended in a crash in East Cobb remains in custody. 

Adam Michael Kuhn is facing felony charges of fleeing a police officer for a felony offense and theft by receiving stolen property, as well as six misdemeanor charges, including speeding and reckless driving.

According to news reports, a police chase ended at Powers Ferry Road and South Marietta Parkway last Monday afternoon when a black BMW collided with a maroon SUV.

A warrant also was issued for Kuhn for a probation violation, another felony, according to a Cobb Sheriff's Office booking report, which indicated he is being held without bond in the Cobb County Adult Detention Center. 

The following is a summary of other incident reports in the last week in Precinct 4 and areas of Precinct 3 in the lower Powers Ferry Road corridor. 


Monday, Nov. 11

A theft by taking was reported in the 4100 block of Roswell Road.

An armed robbery was reported in the 1000 block of Powers Ferry Road.

A theft by taking was reported in the 2200 block of Nantucket Drive. 

Tuesday, Nov. 12

A car break-in was reported in the 2100 block of Wolbert Trail.

A residential burglary was reported in the 2600 block of Weddington Place. 

A car break-in was reported in the 3300 block of Roswell Road (East Cobb Park).

Criminal property damage was reported in the 4000 block of Longford Drive.

A residential burglary was reported in the 3200 block of Kinsmon Way. 

An attempted burglary was reported in the 1400 block of Powers Ferry Road. 

Vehicles were reported stolen from the 1700 block of Terrell Mill Road. 

Wednesday, Nov. 13


A robbery was reported in the 2800 block of Delk Road (Waffle House).

A residential burglary was reported in the 2800 block of Sewell Mill Road.

Thursday, Nov. 14


A residential burglary was reported in the 200 block of Cross Gate Drive. 

Friday, Nov. 15


A car break-in was reported in the 1400 block of Terrell Mill Road. 

Saturday, Nov. 16


A residential burglary was reported in the 3600 block of Woodshire Chase.
