East Cobber Charged with Hit and Run

The following individuals arrested since Monday are either East Cobb residents and/or were charged for offenses in East Cobb. The information and photos are made public by the Cobb Sheriff's Office.

Those being held are detained at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. 

• Lavonsia Vernette Smith, of the 1500 block of Terrell Mill Road, was charged Tuesday with failure to appear and is being held without bond.
• Travis Sentele Hayward, of the 1100 block of East Commons Lane, was charged Tuesday with a probation violation and is being held without bond. 
• Ashley Johns, of the 2000 block of Powers Ferry Road, was charged Tuesday with simple battery. She was released on a $2,000 bond. 
• Cortez Terrell Pierre, of the 700 block of Wood Hollow Drive, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant and is being held without bond. 
• Fran Julius Reid, of the 4800 block of Bishop Lake Road, was charged Tuesday with hit and run, causing a serious injury with a vehicle, reckless driving, obstruction of an officer, failure to yield, driving on a suspended license and other traffic offenses. She is being held on a $25,000 bond.  
• Dartagnan Calrissan Johnson, of the 800 block of Bayliss Drive, was charged Tuesday with a probation violation and is being held without bond. 
• Erica Leah Jennings, of the 5600 block of Ashford Lane, was arrested Tuesday and released to another agency.  
• Reginald Lee Anderson, of the 100 block of Hebert Drive, was charged Tuesday with failure to appear and was being held without bond for another agency.
• Obiora Dike, of the 3300 block of Windcliff Drive, was charged Wednesday with aggravated assault at the same address. He is being held on a $50,000 bond. 
• Lee Branan, of the 1500 block of Grayson Ridge, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant and is being held without bond.  
• Alexis Nichole Wingate, of the 2500 Delk Road, was charged Wednesday with two counts of making a fraudulent insurance claim and two counts of falsely reporting a crime. She was released on a $15,000 bond. 
• Terrence Demetrick Williams, of the 2500 block of 2500 Delk Road, was charged Wednesday with making a fraudulent insurance claim and falsely reporting a crime. He was released on a $10,000 bond. 
• Monica Ashleigh Rivers, of the 1700 block of Waterfall Village Drive, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant and is being held without bond. 
• Latana Charlene Walker, of Jonesboro, was charged Wednesday with theft by deception at the Wal-Mart on 3100 Johnson Ferry Road. She is being held on a $1,000 bond.
• Sara Diane Brimer, of the 1700 block of Collingwood Drive, was charged Thursday with simple battery/family battery and is being held without bond. 
• Nicholas Edward Montamat, of the 2200 block of Heritage Trace, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant and is being held without bond.
