East Cobb Man Suspected of Forgery

"The physician listed on the prescription stated he did not issue such prescription," according to an arrest warrant.

An East Cobb man is in the Cobb County Adult Detention Center without bond on multiple counts of forgery.

About 6 p.m. Monday, Pepper Charles Walsh went to the Rite Aid Pharmacy at 4283 Wade Green Rd. and allegedly presented a prescription for Percocet, according to an arrest warrant.

"The physician listed on the prescription stated he did not issue such prescription," according to the warrant.

During a search of his vehicle, Cobb police found three forged prescriptions for Vicoprofen, according to the warrant.

Walsh was arrested on three counts of second degree forgery and one count of first degree forgery.
