East Cobb Arrest Reports, June 25-29

The following individuals have been arrested since Monday. Information and photos are made public by the Cobb Sheriff's Office. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. 

• Nathan Robert Augestad, of the 2100 block of Waldrop Road, was charged Monday with burglary on Johnson Ferry Road. He is being held without bond for another agency.
• Aron Vaughan, of the 800 block of Summer Cove, was charged Monday with a probation violation and is being held without bond.
• Enoch Spindler Williams, of the 3100 block of Hickory Bluff Drive, was charged Monday with a probation violation and is being held without bond.
• Wesley Scott Rodgers, of Fitzgerald, was charged Monday with DUI, two counts of obstructing an officer, attempting to elude an officer, simple assault, speeding, driving with a suspended/revoked license and improper lane change at Delk and Franklin roads. He is being held on a $15,000 bond.
• Taylor Cory Cole, of the 1800 block of Scufflegrit Road, was charged Tuesday with a probation violation and is being held without bond.
• Nishon Jenae Ware, of the 2600 block of Windy Hill Road, was charged Tuesday with the possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and the sale of a controlled substance. She was released on a $10,000 bond.
• Samuel Levy, of the 700 block of Barnes Mill Trace, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant and is being held without bond.
• James Michael Tuggle, of the 2000 block of Starlight Drive, was charged Wednesday with a probation violation and is being held without bond.
• Janet Marie Vargas, of the 1600 block of Gristmill Drive, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant and is being held without bond.
• Robert Eugene Proffitt, of the 200 block of Scott Drive, was charged Wednesday with civil contempt and is being held without bond.
• Shelby Francis Driscoll, of the 1900 block of Bells Ferry Road, was charged Thursday with criminal property damage and making terroristic threats in the 1900 block of Delk Road. She was released on a $6,000 bond.
• Daniel Sanders, of the 1500 block of Terrell Mill Road, was charged Thursday with two counts of altering or counterfeiting a title, two counts of theft by receiving stolen property, two counts of theft by bringing stolen property into the state, using a license plate to conceal the identity of a vehicle and other related charges. He is being held without bond.
• Gabriel Bernardo Dossantos, of the 2600 block of Bentley Road, was charged Thrusday with cruelty to children and battery of a pregnant woman. He is being held on a $2,000 bond.
• Scott Andrew Patterson, of the 2500 block of Rocky Springs Drive, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant and is being held without bond.
