DUI, Drug and Assault Arrests

This weekend's East Cobb-related booking reports cover a variety of offenses.

The following arrests were made since Friday evening involving East Cobb residents or incidents in East Cobb. Information is provided by the Cobb Sheriff's Office. Suspects still detained are being held at the Cobb County Adult Detention Facility. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.  

  • Andrew Justin Carasik, of 3769 High Green Drive, was charged Saturday in the Roswell/Robinson Road area with one count of possession of a controlled substance and another count of marijuana possession. He was released on a $10,000 bond.
  • Justin Mizell, of 570 Meadowbrook Drive, was charged Saturday with a probation violation. He is being held without bail.
  • Lee Edward Smith Turner, of 3015 Windcliff Drive, was charged Saturday with aggravated assault and battery at the same address. He was released on a $15,000 bond.
  • Mark Jason Allgood, of 1644 Raleigh Circle, was charged Saturday with DUI, having an open container, running a stop sign and misdemeanor marijuana possession near Singing Post Lane and Mabry Road. He was released on a $2,100 bond. 
  • Morgan Amelia Smith, of 1984 LaSalle Way, was charged Sunday with DUI, possession of alcohol by a minor, an improper lane change and improper use of a turn signal on Johnson Ferry Road near Princeton Lakes Drive. She was released on a $2,100 bond. 
  • J. Medrano Reyes, of 2600 Bentley Road, was charged Sunday with DUI, possession of a controlled substance, having an open container and following too closely at the same address. He is being held on an immigration detainer.
  • Gifny Dieuveil, of 981 Azalea Circle, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana at the same address. She is being held on a $5,000 bond.
  • David Allen Lotz, of 1913 Ardsly Drive, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance and driving without proper signal lights on I-75 near Windy Hill Road. He is being held without bond.
