Car Break-Ins Greet East Cobb New Year

Four incidents were reported in the early-morning hours of Jan. 1 at a Delk Road package store.

The following summaries from last week were gathered by Cobb Police from incidents in Precinct 4 of East Cobb:

Wednesday, Jan. 1

Criminal property damage was reported in the 2800 block of Delk Road.

A car break-in was reported in the 400 block of Terrell Mill Road. 

Four car break-ins were reported in the 2500 block of Delk Road around 3:55 a.m. (Minks Package Store).

Thursday, Jan. 2

A residential burglary was reported in the 1100 block of Forrest Brook Court. 

An attempted burglary was reported in the 1600 block of Wildwood Drive.

Friday, Jan. 3

A car break-in was reported in the 3200 block of Belmont Glen Drive. 

A residential burglary was reported in the 100 block of Atlanta Country Club Drive. 

Saturday, Jan. 4

Criminal property damage was reported in the 2700 block of Constant Landing. 

Sunday, Jan. 5

A theft by taking was reported in the 2700 block of Hitchcock Mill Run. 

A residential burglary was reported in the 2800 block of Delk Road. 

A non-residential burglary was reported in the 1300 block of Johnson Ferry Road.
