Dog Needs Loving Home NOW!!

A medium-sized three-legged dog showed up at my house this morning.  I can't take him in.  Will someone PLEASE come get him, take him home and love him?  I do NOT want to call animal control because they'll only  kill him.  PLEASE HELP!!
