Braves to Cobb, why the Fire Sale?

As CEO here in Cobb since 1986 I am confused. Why the Fire Sale. Did I miss something? Take a deep breathe, Right or Wrong, this cold be good for the people of Cobb or NOT, but at least give some time. Nice timing by the way.
