Cobb Man Wins $1M in Georgia Lottery

A Georgia Lottery instant ticket worth a million dollars was recently sold to a Smyrna man in Cobb county.

The Shell Express, located at 2370 Spring Road in Smyrna, sold a $10 Million Cash Spectacular instant ticket with a $1 million top prize.

The winner, Claro Vargas, claimed his prize at Georgia Lottery headquarters in Atlanta. Vargas could not be reached for comment on his good fortune.
