An Atlanta federal appeals court upheld the prison sentence of a 49-year-old Kennesaw ear, nose and throat doctor convicted of distributing child pornography.

In March, Dr. Andrew Sutton was sentenced to eight years in prison. He challenged the length of the sentence, but the appeals court said Sutton's offense was “particularly serious because his actions bordered on production of child pornography."

Bones Identified as Those of Army Veteran

Human remains and a skull found in Morgan County, Ga., last year have recently been identified as those of Jason Roark, a Snellville man and Army veteran, according to WSAV.

Roard went missing in 2006, after serving two tours of duty in Iraq with the Special Forces. He was the only son of Terry and Ken Roark, of Dallas.

In 2010, the family held a memorial service in honor of Roark.
