Blueberries are an amazing superfood food with colossal antioxidant anti-aging properties.

#2 Beans

Beans, beans the more you eat the more your hair grows in length and thickness?!? Filled with protein these also help fill us up longer to keep us thin as metabolism slows.

#3 Carrots

Carrots are a phenomenal vegetable that has high levels of Vitamin A, the vitamin that helps us old folks see in the dark, gives us healthy scalp, and makes the locks shine a bit more. Carrots are great and all, but should be eaten no later than lunch because of the natural sugar content in them.

#4 Dark Chocolate

We all love chocolate and now you have approval to eat it without guilt just as long as you eat the dark kind in small quantities. In moderation dark chocolate can be a smart sweet to incorporate that has lots of flavanoids.

#5 Red Wine

Rich in polyphenols, red wine is also good in moderation. For those with self control this can not only take the edge off, but keep you young at heart, literally.

#6 Cod Fish

Cod is high in selenium, which has been shown to safeguard our skin from cancer and skin damage.

#7 Cucumbers

Great for wrinkle reduction especially around the eyes. The peel contains silica which helps the skin stay healthier longer.
