Sterling Risk Advisors Moves Into New Offices at 2500 Cumberland

Extra Bases! Risk Management Firm Gets Added Bonus: New Offices Are Within Walking Distance of New Braves Stadium

Sterling Risk Advisors, an Atlanta-based risk management firm, this week moved to larger offices, occupying more than 25,000 s.f. of the 2500 Cumberland building in the historic Vinings district.  The firm moved into their offices this week, but even as they were packing they learned their new space would be walking distance to the new Atlanta Braves stadium in Cobb County.

The company’s new offices occupy 25,263 square feet at 2500 Cumberland, a Granite Properties facility. Kirk Rich, lead broker of Rich Real Estate and Kyle Jenks, lead broker of Parkside Partners were the tenant brokerage team. Leasing agents were Glenn Kolker and Sonia Winfield of Cassidy Turley.

After the firm’s recent merger with the Graham-Naylor Agency, the company’s staff has increased dramatically, driving the need to find new space.
