MUST’s First Health Fair a Success

Almost 100 people living in homelessness are healthier and more educated on how to live an improved lifestyle thanks to the recent MUST Ministries Health Fair. MUST partnered with local and national organizations and groups to provide screenings, knowledge and tips to improve the health of our community’s vulnerable population.

A multitude of services included blood pressure, glucose, HIV and cholesterol screenings, hearing and vision assessments, nutrition information, chiropractic adjustments, informational segment regarding women’s health, smoking cessation and general health assessments.

Organizations who participated include WellStar Health System, the American Lung Association, Whole Foods, Exodus Health Center, Cobb County Community Services Board Life Line Project, Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation, Cobb Hearing Aid Service, Serving Friends and Chamberlain School of Nursing.
