Located amid a stretch of fast food outlets and small strip shopping centers and offices on Roswell Road sits the abandoned site of a KFC restaurant.
The property, a block away from a Wendy's location near the intersection of Barnes Mill Road, has been up for sale for several months. With the Big Chicken located 2.5 miles to the west, this KFC was in the space for only a few years.
But with easier access promised due to road improvements along Roswell Road, the old KFC building could be revived for food service again, or for other purposes.
