Reconstruction Underway at Olde Mill
The shopping center at Roswell and Old Canton roads will eventually house a Walmart grocery store.
Work crews have begun taking out space at the Olde Mill Shopping Center in recent days as a major reconstruction effort has gotten underway.
Workers have gutted several vacant shops next to the Just 4 Fitness Center in preparation for the building of a Walmart Grocery Store, which is set to open next year.
One of the businesses that has relocated elsewhere in Olde Mill is the Los Arcos Mexican restaurant. It will soon occupy space where the Blockbuster Video store once stood.
Los Arcos is keeping customers updated about its status on its Facebook page.
The construction work stretches to Roxy's Package Store, which remains open for business.
