Old Ivy Development Expands in East Cobb

A total of 16 new homes will be built in a low-density, gated neighborhood.

The third phase of the Old Ivy residential community in East Cobb will continue following recent site plan approval of 16 new homes.

The purchase of the 58-acre tract on Rock Ivy Trail, near Childers Road, was closed in October by East Cobb-based real estate investment firm Brooks Chadwick Capital, LLC.

Lot prices will begin around $500,000 and range between two and four acres. The gated community will be located in the Pope High, Hightower Trail Middle and Tritt Elementary school districts and in the 30075 ZIP code (Roswell).

“Old Ivy is a very special and unique opportunity for homeowners to acquire large, wooded lots while enjoying the benefits of low Cobb County taxes, excellent Cobb County schools, and an exclusive Roswell address,” Brooks Chadwick Capital managing partner Todd Thrasher said in a statement.
