New East Cobb Walmart Hiring 95 Employees
The new Walmart Family Market is slated to open its doors this fall.
The newest Walmart coming to East Cobb is looking for workers to help get the store ready for business.
According to East Cobber Magazine, the Walmart Neighborhood Market, slated to open this fall, has established a temporary hiring center at Suite 60 of the East Lake Shopping Plaza. The center will accept applications Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Applications may also be filled out online. Veterans who have been honorably discharged within the last 12 months may qualify for the Veterans Welcome Home Commitment and be offered a job at the new store.
Walmart offers a competitive benefits package for qualifying part-and-full-time associates, discounts, a 401(k) plan, a stock purchase program, and other incentives.
Walmart is looking to hire around 95 full-time and part time associates, who will begin work in September in anticipation of the store's grand opening.
