Kouzina Christos to Open Wednesday

Formerly known as Christos Pizza, the longtime East Cobb Mediterranean eatery is reopening at Terrell Mill Village.

One of East Cobb's most venerable eating spots has finished its makeover and is reopening for business on Wednesday. 

is set to open its doors at the redeveloped on Wednesday, according to a post on the restaurant's Facebook page on Tuesday:

"ATTENTION!!! ATTENTION!!! WE ARE THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PASSED ALL OF OUR INSPECTIONS AND WE WILL BE OPEN FOR BUSINESS TOMORROW WEDNESDAY JUNE 20TH!!! SEE YOU ALL THEN!"

The restaurant is located next to the L.A. Fitness Center. 

Formerly known as , which opened 32 years ago in the Powers Ferry Road corridor specializing in Meditteranean fare -- Greek gyros, Italian pizza, grinders and salads -- Kouzina Christos will have an expanded menu, cocktails and an outdoor patio. 

Owner Christos Giannes closed his former location at the Delk Spectrum Shopping Center in April.
