Have Your Say About Working, Living in Cobb

Cobb Chamber of Commerce is inviting citizen response to business, government, schools and quality of life issues.

If you've got a spare 15 minutes or so, the Cobb Chamber of Commerce is asking you to help it identify key issues and concerns to Cobb citizens.

The online Business and Community Survey is an in-depth attempt to elicit from residents information on a wide variety of issues about living and working in Cobb.

The topics include business climate, quality of public education, responsiveness of local government, availability of cultural amenities and more.

Responders are also asked to rank some of these issues according to importance and are given space to comment freely.

The reason for doing this survey now is simple. According to the Chamber:

"The 'reset' of the Great Recession has left more communities competing for fewer resources. Communities must recognize the challenges posed by this new landscape and take the initiative to align their resources for the greatest impact."

This is part of a five-year strategic planning effort by the Chamber.

All responses are confidential and all surveys must be completed by July 11.
